I have taken many breaks from posting and reading over the years and it's generally been a good thing for me at that time.
I have posted to you and followed your postings for quite a while. I think you have received alot of support, alot of good advice and have been extended alot of caring over the last year or so. That was my experience here also for a long time and I'm grateful for it. The thing is, this type of support, while great, is very limited: folks may not know what to say, folks may have nothing of help to extend AND we don't alway hear the things we want to hear when we are seeking some outside validation. Also, let's face it, folks can get frustrated with one another - likely borne out of an inability to be helpful more so than any other reason.
I experienced something I called "poster progression". The gift of that for me was realizing true help for me would only come from myself and working on my difficulties in a face to face setting. I have received valuable help here but it did boil down to me and my decisions on treatment and what I needed.
This is a diffcult place to let go of. The good time for me had been to be able to return and try and lend some support to others after things became stable for me..... but getting to that place should be your goal at this time. Working on yourself is really important.
Your road the last year has been difficult. My wish for you is to find stability and become able to have a time of contentment with your life.
