Maybe if there is a god...

I think you should help people out (including yourself) by contacting your p-doc and telling him that things have been very up and down since you stopped taking your meds.
I think that if people here can see that you are prepared to do something pro-active towards helping yourself...
That they will be really proud of you and they will feel like they can help you.
Because... If we see you trying to help yourself... Then we know our help and support will assist you towards doing more and more to help yourself... Ultimately... Thats how we get to where we want to be in life... Ultimately thats how we create the life we want to live. Because... Nobody can do it for you. And if it was handed to you it would be fairly worthless anyways because the value comes in it being YOUR creation and YOUR achievement.
But when you don't seem to be doing anything pro-active to help yourself...
Then it can feel like all the effort I put in to validate your feeling... Well it only offers temporary relief. And it needs to be fairly constant like a drip... Which is draining on me, yes.
And... Not really so very helpful to you either.
It is up to you.
I know it is scarey. But you have done it before.
And I have confidence that you can do it again.
Scarey yes.But...
How important is it to you?
It is your decision.
