None at all. Being compared to Willie would be a compliment to most any musician.Things that *do* offend me? Double talk with one thing said in public yet another in private......a passive aggressive way of control when a person usually feels none. People who disregard what facts they know for the unsubstianted rumours raised by minds steeped in mental illness since those rumours are far juicier than the truth. People who are cruel to animals. Liars.....people who lie to your face instead of being honest and dealing with feeling a little discomfort. Learning to be honest with oneself and with others takes time and with disease and illnesses that time can be stretched out way into ppl's late thirties, forties and beyond. Our experience has been that those who are so wed to their illnesses and unwillingness to remain treatment compliant will keep lying to themselves and others until they can admit truth inside themselves. We find offence at being around people who believe, either from illness or choice, the above behaviours are okay.
A comparison of Jimmie Dale Gilmore to Willie Nelson does not even approach the nature of offensive things.
Hope your wknd is going well.
