I'm just speculating, down the road.

I've seen it happen with so many businesses when there is nobody in the family who wants to take over the business. And planning for the future. I had just managed to avoid noticing it right in front of my nose. :)

I guess what will be will be. If it's nothing I can change, I am just happy I noticed so that if it happens it won't be a complete shock.
