most of the time, I pooh-pooh "coping skills", but the job interview is exactly the type of situation that they can actually help.
Practice some self-validating sentences like
1) I am a person of great intelligence and strong character.
2) I am qualified for the position that I am interviewing for.
3) I have exceptional people skills.
4) I am capable of getting through any situation.
5) I am charismatic and likeable.I find that if I convince myself that I can do the job, I can convince the interviewers.(And, by the way, I've learned this stuff I listed above is true about you by reading your posts!)
Best of luck to you, in all of it. Just take one step at a time and give yourself permission to deal with the other things in therapy; then, last step, in life, okay?!? But job is priority one.
Go get 'em !!!
