Old shorts, ratty t-shirt. Day (except for work), night. Sometimes I change the shirt.

I usually change the underpants. Somethings are just too ingrained 'what if you get in an accident.'
'Well, mom, if it's a serious accident they probably won't be clean anyway.'

But I digress....
