Definitely, have your doctor check you out for thyroid function. It can play havoc with your emotions. I was on Wellbutrin for almost a year, and even though it was the extended release version, whenever I missed a dose or took it way later than usual, I seemed to pay for it with my entire body, not "just" my mood. I think some of us are more sensitive or reactive that way??? I dunno.
Oh, and for supplements I found that a high dose Evening Primrose Oil (500mg per day) helped when taken a week before my period.
