I just like the sound of my posting name better.
I don't feel a familial obligation to keep my birth name.
I don't suppose it would change anything other than what people called me.
Maybe I would see it as a bit of a f*ck you to the people who named me.
Maybe I would see it as a symbolic way of disowning them.
I still like the idea...
