Long night's journey into more night...

I'm new here. I'm on Remeron, Zopiclone, and Clonazepam, and most of my waking hours are filled with seeping dread. Most especially awful are the hours 'tween 4-7pm. Dusk kills me.
Are there specific times when others know their symptoms will be predictably acute?
