You sound like the voice of experience. A friend of mine got so tired of looking at the stark bare walls in my apartment, she brought me a couple of really nice framed prints....Mustering up just enough motivation to finally hang them it was then I realized, I actually have a hammer, but alas no nails. Almost every day I go to the store to get something out of necessity. Like when I cut the crap out of my finger trying to open a can of tuna without a can opener (That's BS that Ginsu knives can cut through anything) and then could only wrap it in toilet paper (yes TP was one of my first purchases) Of course the next day I bought both bandaids and a can opener. The first month I drank a tad more than I shoulda (and that would probably be a gross understatement) but I found diminishing returns in that endeavor, so I backed off a bit. The sense of loss, very much like a death was overwhelming.....not really missing my spouse (I affectionately call her the Devil's spawn) but for my kids, dogs and a GREAT house that I had lived in for 7 years and was PERFECT!!!
Thanks for the tips...but I still enjoy running around my apartment naked. The neighbors have chipped in to buy me some window blinds.

Peace Out

kid
