my grandmother loved loved loved st. hubert chicken
however i had st hubert in montreal (or was it quebec city ... or somewhere else in quebec ... can't remember now) and i was distinctly unimpressed
why?
because they don't have THE SAUCE
that's right, it's all about the chalet sauce.
and i will happily take yours any day, larry hoover.
chicken's chicken, but it's all about sauce :)
