I'm going to tell you something that I am trying hard to practice myself. When we stop defining ourselves by how others feel about us, that's when the meaning of our lives becomes clear. When we concentrate on ourselves, our emotions and energy, take care of ourselves physically and medicinally, the positive energy we create is what draws others to us. Like a moth to a flame. It's all about accepting ourselves, taking care of ourselves, loving ourselves, and allowing others to love us. The seeking for love and acceptance is internal, and the effect is external.
I'm sorry you're having a hard time right now. I'm coming out of a rough few weeks myself. Not sure if it's meds, hormones, or life circumstances. When you are pulled down and under like that, it's very difficult to see what best for ourselves.
Please take care and tell us how you are doing this week.
