You might have a conditional call neurocardiogenic syncopy. Syncopy is a fancy word for fainting. It occurs when you have a temporary lowing of your blood pressure and it can be made worse by stress. Here's a link to more information.

This results in my running and collapsing within a few steps. Now I am told to crouch or sit where I am and breathe slow and put my head down for a bit. Seems to help.
