Fare thee well, fellow Atlantean. :) I think if ever there was a race of storytellers and poets who could turn an ancient catastrophe into a mythology about a beautiful, enchanted place that has haunted and tickled peoples' minds since before the time of Plato, it would be the Irish. I think the innately Irish tendency to mourn for what was once glorious but has now been lost (on a smaller scale, look at me and my marriage to Alyssa) would make the blossoming and spread of the tale an irresistable force.
