I know that the EMDR scratched the surface. The temporary relief in resolving one specific event just gave the other monsters in my closet room to move around and flex. This emotional oversensivity is, I'm afraid, pretty common. I just need to protect myself by not reading here so closely. Let the world revolve without my pushing it.
