SI trigger thread Sensative Topic Help

Hi all, I haven't posted in a long time. I recently had a bout with cutting. Dinah was nice enough to give me a link to great site but I've always gotten great advice from here. I haven't injured myself (other than last week) in a long time, and now I can't stop the urges. My dr. upped my Geodon and put me on Effexor, my prozac pooped on me, I'm also on Topamax. I'm not sure of my exact dx, I know I'm agoraphobic with some kind of depression maybe bipolar of some sort. I just don't want to keep hurting myself. I'm looking for advice to help stop these urges.
