my dad and older brother verbally and physically abused me too. it has all but ruined me. i am a strong person now, but apparently not so much as i had thought. i have let someone crush my feelings and break my heart. i give the world and they just belittle me over and over.
im so sorry that you had so much pain growing up. it is so hard. i know just when i think i am through it it gets hard again.

p.s. my parents would tell my brother not to hit me but he did anyway and they didnt do anything. people can be so hurtful.
