AngieLaLa - I'm in IT too, lucky me :)
I'm not just a technical writer, I'm also the quality assurance manager/agitator, a marketing writer, and I tend the intranet and external websites.
I learned php and made a phpnuke web site for the intranet. I was so proud ... all you webmistresses make me smile
