I felt like I was physically mature at 27.
Maybe testosterone is always changing us until ageing takes over what dominates how our looks change. Maybe gravity increases muscle over time.
I think this whole shock is due to the depression perceptions. I've noticed everybody else looks smaller since I become a little more balanced.depression makes you lose interest in looking at yourself in the mirror for several years.
