I find that when I want to say something to my therapist and don't really know how I just blurt it out. I just wnat to get it out so I don't have time to think about it and then we can discuss it. I dont' know if that is the best way to do it, but if I have time to think "Should I or shouldn't I", then I tend to side with the "I shoudn't". I know what you are going through must be very hard, but you will feel so much better having someone to speak with about it. And it seems they always have the right thing to say!
