I am very grateful for your support. I will have to get some lactose free ice cream. As far as the med board. I do visit there. Sometimes, that scares me even more and (my opinion) it's kinda a mess at times, but it's a good thing to have available.
I have bitten the bullet this morning and took my first dose, and we shall see.
