I don't know who you used to be.. I'm really bad at picking up the signs of this sort of thing.. But I do trust that you are not someone nasty.

We will feel safe again.. I believe that. I guess I will feel safer when I feel more well.. Just with head bad, and physical stuff going on as well.. everything got to me. You should see what I did to my poor pillow this afternoon!! How I will vacuum all those feathers up is beyong me!!
