I spoke to his wife, I just said they were very loud and kept me up until 3am. She said there were complaints from the prior tenants, and she seemed to be understanding. I don't know what they're actually going to do , but now they know. Technically they were just 'talking', what do you do with that? I guess I could have said maybe they were drinking, or something, but I was very nervous making the call in first place and kind of stammered all over myself.
