CRASH!!!!

Bzzzzzzz.........

It's hard *not* to see the cyclical nature of my moods. But tomorrow my therapist is going to ask me to explain the why of the crash. And I don't know that there is a *why*, other than that's the way up times end.

I'll like it better when I just feel like crying though, instead of feeling like crying with the buzzy feeling still in the background.
