Derek I am not, I am having problems with mail delivery failure emails that MSN keeps repeatedly sending me erroneously.

Derek We have a email list with 1500 people. Last week we sent out the list as normal, but we keep getting the same email back from postmaster@hotmail.msn.com that three addresses couldn't be delivered to. We get this four times a day. It's rather annoying.

Derek This isn't about the users, as the email we are getting is referencing the same initial email we sent. You have a mail loop of some sort, or a misconfiguration of your mail servers.
Adrian No problem. In order to resolve the issue that you have been facing, I need you to forward the emails to our abuse department at abuse@msn.com.
Adrian So that the accounts can be checked at the server end.
Derek Ummm, I already know that the accounts no longer exist, since they bounced. Is there another way to do this? I've sent mail to your abuse@ blackhole of nothingness before with no results.

Derek Since the note came from postmaster@hotmail.msn.com, I already sent it to abuse@hotmail.com, is that different than abuse@msn.com? I've heard nothing back.

Adrian If the email address that you are receiving the undeliverable email was @msn.com, you need to forward the email to abuse@msn.com.
