Sounds like a good plan for right now... just to get over the takeover, and get the job.
But what did you say to HR? Did you say the migranies were affecting your work? That you wanted to go on disability?
If you just need extra help for appointment, it should be fine. HR should not disclose something so personal...
Maybe I am wrong, I am not a lawyer... anyone else know anything?
