I agree with every single sentence - it IS good to be back from such a hellish journey. And in many ways, I'm much better than I ever was. My personal circumstances are somewhat painful, but the depression is gone and my thinking is clear.
I still have some mental problems to deal with, but it's lightweight stuff compared to my previous condition.I also try to reassure others that there is a way out, that the right medication will lead them to the promised land. As you pointed out, it is a spiritual journey, with many hard lessons to be learned along the way. I don't know why this is required, why we can't just go the first doctor and get the best medication that works right away.
I've never heard of this happening.Congratulations on your recovery and bless you for posting - the more success stories out there, the more hope it gives others.
