Yeah, but make sure he starts to keep a lid on it--ie, not talk about you to hubbie, and vice versa.
You have a good lawyer, I hope? Ask about how insurance will get worked out. If you have a separation aggreement, isn't it the case that hubbie cannot drop you from his insurance until the divorce settlement is done?
