How to take a break??

I need to take a break from this board and admin.. I am fed up with the feeling of guilt I am getting over a certain incident. I'm fed up of not knowing what is real or not. I'm fed up of accusations directed at people when they did the best they could.
But I don't know how to stay away. Taking away my power cable isn't a real option, as I have many other web sites I very much want to visit still. I still want to check in on PB2000 and Book Club.. I need to be able to check my email.
But certain aspects of this site (and no, its nothing to with Dr Bob) are pushing me to the edge.
Maybe I just need to have a damned good rant, say everything that is inside me, and take the subsequent ban!!!
