Newbie to this board -)

Howdy!
I usually post at Psycho Babble and Pscyholoigical Babble sometimes, so I thought I would check this baord out.
What can I talk about here? Anything?
Here's a start, lol,
I feel good tonight, I posted on another board that I took 200mg Seroquel, which I usually take at night (I forgot last night) and 1 mg of Klonopin today, I fell asleep for 6 freakin hours-it was awesome-considering I haven't slept that well in a long time. I see my pdoc Friday and am in the middle of fixing my med cocktail.
But I had to share that I feel the most clear-headed, calm, no mania, no depression than I have felt in a long, looooooooooooong time!!!
I cannot give credit to anything or anyone except the meds I took this afternoon-I guess, or the fact that I needed some good sleep.
Any feedback?
