OMG. We used to watch curling on Sunday’s while at work during school. We thought it was totally silly and almost verging on a myth (do they really think American's will believe this sport exists???). But one day, flipping channels we realized that the American pastime sport of baseball is almost as silly.
When I met my first of three, long story too, Canadian girlfriends--one of which actually became my fiancé until it seemed there was no thought of my well being and stuff...sure hun, just pack and live in nova Scotia. I realized that curling was actually some people’s idea of a great date. I have been suspicious ever since.
No offence gab, most of Canada is so pretty and the people kind esp. in the east, but the activities your citizens seem to engage in are almost ludicrous (e.g. curling). And is drinking tons of beer fighting and a one-night stand really the Canadian theme for men.
Funny too, is the fact that I could not get 2mg xanax there. The largest dose I could find was for one mg pills, but than I had the joy of experiencing Canadian health care. Wow, I feel for you all as you wait for referrals for months on end. Luckily my ex had a friend who's mom is more neurotic than I and had enough to get me back to the states "where it's sane"...lolsmiles,
