Oh sweet , I know kind of what you mean. I think you are doing the right thing now by posting here.
Do you don't have anyone in your life who you can trust to phone or maybe someone can call round to visit?
If not Beardy posted something about breathing excersises..hard to do when anxious..but it's a crumb as Miller would say.
You know it's in your head so if you can try to imagine a protective orange glow around you keeping the badness out and taking the negative and anxiety away leaving just peace -even if you are pacing about ..I usually talk and say go away I don't deserve this pain.
Other than that I cannot help but it will pass ...you know that.
