I think a lot of people experience shame in relation to being depressed. But you have to remember that this isn't something you have control over, it's an illness. I don't think there is anything to be ashamed of and I hope you find that people are more sympathetic and understanding than you realize. I hope it's something you can let go of eventually.Take care Roo!!
