Have you tried to find another psychopharmacologist? I'm sorry that I don't recall the particulars of your situation. But there are lots of psychopharmacologists out there and sometimes it takes a while to find the one that is right for us. I can't help but feel that your life would be better with the right mix of meds, coupled perhaps with therapy.

I know what you mean about self injury. Congratulations for refraining for a month. I know how hard it is. I also know how hard it is not to substitute other harmful behaviors in its place.

Keep fighting for the treatment that you deserve.
