Yeah? Ten years? Excellent! What's your secret? And would NOT having a child in preschool or elementary school have anything to do with it? Because I can tell you most of my colds come from my daughter.
I ate yogurt every day for a year while I smoked, and I didn't get a cold all year. I'm thinking yogurt is probably a good thing. But really, what's your secret?
