Hi deets,

I see you found Psycho-Psycho Babble for discussions of therapy and psychology, and posted this question there. That's the perfect board for this question, and there is no real need to post on Social as well. Most people read both boards, and Dr. Bob prefers that we only post our questions on one board to reduce duplication.
