What are you concerned about that you'd get an MRI? Like a leaking vessel of some kind?
I used to have episodes of dizziness before getting diagnosed with migraine. They'd always be treated with an anti-dizziness thing; sometimes it would work; sometimes not. I find that miso soup and crystallized ginger seem to help.
