Is it just me or the heat?

Ugh! Been feeling an almost 'manic' energy these past couple of days about getting stuff done. As in if I don't complete these things I'll collapse. No med changes lately. No sleep cycle changes either.
It's hot here today and was slightly less hot yesterday.
Am I entering Dante's Inferno? ~~Alii
