Sorry you're still feeling that way, there are a few times I've managed to make it go, for some odd reason making myself really hot does it. Like a bath thats so hot its not even really comfortable for the first 5 minutes, or wrapping myself up in a blanket and using a hot water bottle. Sounds goofy, but it has helped.
If I ever find something that works consistantly I'll let you know, because I think of all my depression symptoms, that is the one I find absolutely horrifying, it will go though... That I can guarantee.Hugs
