To help you make more money? Hhhhm, since my undergrad major was nueroscience, I am unfortunately playing catch up this summer on the finance, accounting and marketing stuff . . . But give me a few months, and we can talk about your overall business plan.
Off the top of my head though, creative/effective marketing can really make a difference! Are you consistently getting your product/services in front of your most likely buyers? And, are you making sure that your expenses are as competitive as possible (meaning that whatever you need, you get it the cheapest was possible!)?
And thanks Dinah, it's flippin freakin fantastic that this is my last day with my Firm!
