Yes, I do know what you mean. It's hard waking up each morning and not knowing which emotional clothes to wear. My husband always says he likes summer best, because at least he always knows it will be hot. Now me, as much as I like security, I'd rather know it's possible today will be one of those glorious weather days. Or at least a nice normal day. I'm glad you had two of them this week.
I'm enjoying the up days I had on my way up the effexor hypomania ladder, and now on my way back down. But I agree, they do wreak havoc with your productivity. Nice thing is you just don't care until you've come down.
How old are you, if it's not way too presumptuous to ask (and no need to be specific). I remember that age where everyone seemed to be pairing off. Couldn't open the paper without seeing a wedding announcement. Now I read the obituaries instead. (I'm 40). But seeing the last other single friend succumb would be enough to cause a sad, reflective, lethargic day.
Here's hoping tomorrow will be a nice normal day.
