Hi All,
I had been doing well for almost 10 years and now realize I need to look at other aspects of my life to survive. I look at the book list and don't know where to start so I decided to post here.
1. Any good books on CBT for depression/anxiety?
2. What about deep breathing/yoga type stuff(I have read some responses to this similiar question and they were great), but I am looking at a good starting book.
