Lending out Money

Hey there,
My pdoc has been borrowing money from me each visit, and now he owe me $200 dollars. He sayes he needs it for continuing education and to pay the drug reps to keep making my medicine zyprexa. He mentioned that he has not borrowed much and most docs ask for more.
How much money does you pdoc borrow from you?
