Why get offended for someone else?

Posted by dinah 2 on May 25, 2002, at 20:35:01

Why indeed?

This question is so profound that it has haunted me all day.

This question is so meaningful that I went to the trouble to reregister for a moment so that it could be set apart and asked alone. And I am planning to print out the post it was asked in and put it in the philosophy section of my personal library.

This question is so important that I cannot address it. I think it should be pondered by every person separately.

Because this question involves so many things. Philosophy is one I suppose. But I think that the most important thing it involves is choice. That's just my take on it of course.

Rhetorical question: Does anyone else find this question as deeply meaningful as I did?
