Go to
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/psycho-babble-open/
This is the same as the link from the bottom of this page labeled Psycho-Babble-Open.
Once there sign in. If you are not a member (of Yahoo) you will be prompted to join. As Dinah said earlie, you can choose to have a Yahoo email address too rather than give Yahoo your home email.
Once you've joined, return to the sign in page and sign in.
Then select chat. You may need to download a program to do this. If anyone is in the chatroom you will see their names in the box labeled chatters along with your own.
