I have to admit that it is fun watching the group dynamics sometimes when it is a mutual type of argument. There is nothing like a civility warning to tell me that I should read a thread. But behind the posts are real people who can really get hurt. I'm glad there is a referee here to keep group dynamics from going too far (think Lord of the Flies). It's a shame that a referee is needed, but my recollections of my bullied childhood makes me very glad that Dr. Bob is here.
