Oh Kat. I wish I could give you a big hug. I know all this medication switching is difficult, and I know you must be frustrated with the baby planning.
You really should call your pdoc you know. No need to suffer longer than necessary. And talking about it, while unpleasant, keeps those feelings from boiling over. I wish I could say to my husband "Would you mind holding my meds for a while. I'm feeling a bit suicidal." But he too freaks out.

Don't be embarassed. If you can't say those things here or to your pdoc, where on earth can you say them.
