Katey - I know of an attorney who was really a pretty brilliant, but a highly disorganized guy. He had been a Rhodes scholar for instance. He got in a lot of trouble with his state's ethics board over a number of complaints from his clients that he didn't tend to there matters and was unresponsive. It's my understanding that one of his defenses was that he was ADD, undiagnosed until he got into all this trouble. I don't think misdiagnosis is all that uncommon, particularly if you're a person who doesn't struggle with school, as he obviously didn't.
