For many years I have thought that my type of depression was caused by low levels of the hormonal protein Inhibin b. Since no study has been forth comeing to identify this, I have decided to cough up the cash( $30,000 )to get a study going through NARSAD.
Many studies have tried to find the endocrine changes that produce the anti-depressant effect of sleep deprivation, but they have all failed. I think If levels of Inhibin b are monitored, this AD effect will be finally identified.
This is quite alot of money for me to invest, but I am so sure of my theory that I feel I have to do this.
It's astonishing to me that more effort has'nt been extended to answer this phenomenon of AD effect of sleep deprivation. If you have experienced this like I have, where you are painfully depressed and it miraculously disapears when you for go sleep.
What do you think?
