I hope this doesn't offend you; I am only offering love and encouragement.

You need to be in a hospital. I wouldn't have put myself in a mental hospital in a million years -
I saw that movie about Frances Farmer, where they tie you to your bed and give you insulin shots and ice baths and electroshock and lobotomies.

I was committed involuntarily because I was suicidal, and it saved my life. They really, really helped me.
